This needs to be purchased one time for the full trip.
Yes, Visitors Protect Plan does cover covid-19 like any other eligible medical expense. Testing for travel reasons and/or general knowledge are not covered. Coronavirus testing is covered if medically necessary per doctor’s orders.
To claim a Visitors Protect Plan, you will need to file the claim with IMG Global. You will find the claim form on our website under Client Resources. Please provide any billing details, receipts, explanation of benefits and/or information provided by the provider’s office when submitting the claim to IMG Global.
Once you finish the application and payment online, the ID Card, Policy Wording, PPO Link, Visa Letter and any additional documents will be sent to you via email within 5 minutes of completing everything online. Our office will also download all your documents and send them to you via email in a separate email.
