The plan provides assistance services to travelers, 24 hours / 7 days, due to emergency situations during a trip outside their country of residence and during the period of validity of the plan.
Medical and Dental - Whether due to an accident or illness that occurs during a trip, we arrange and pay for visits to local specialists and dentists up to the limits shown on the Table of Services; or, if necessary, have a physician visit our Cardholder at his/her location. These services include coordination of all necessary medical care, from lab tests and X-rays, to complex surgical procedures and in-patient hospitalization services. Redbridge Assist has access to some of the most comprehensive hospital, physician and dental provider networks in the world.
Travel- Sometimes flights get cancelled, luggage gets lost or passports are lost or stolen. Redbridge Assist can help you overcome such difficulties and get you back on track so you can go on with your vacation or meet your trip’s business objectives. Our travel professionals can help you make or change reservations, and will work closely with commercial airlines to locate lost luggage. We can also assist you in replacing lost or stolen tickets, passports, visas, and other travel related documents.
Legal - Laws and regulations may differ greatly from one country to another. What is acceptable in one country may be grounds for a legal action, or even imprisonment, in another. Travelers may find themselves involved in a precarious legal situation for causing a traffic accident or as the result of a similar predicament. In such cases, Redbridge Assist can refer the Cardholder to legal counseling and provide assistance up to the limits indicated in the Table of Services.
Additional Travel Assistance Services -Our services include legal assistance, air evacuations, compensation for lost luggage, and many others, in order to assist you in dealing with unforeseen emergencies and setbacks that may occur during a trip. Redbridge Assist offers affordable travel assistance plans that are ideal for student travelers, or for business, leisure, or adventure trips. We also meet the requirements of the Schengen visa for European destinations.
We offer plans with different service options. When traveling abroad, that is why savvy travelers always pack a Redbridge Assist Identification Card along with their passport, credit cards, and other important documentation.
