Essential Comprehensive Travel Plan Highlights:

• For NON US Citizens/Residents or Immigrant (Greencard holder) traveling from other countries to USA or USA and Worldwide.
• Policy Limit - $50,000 to $200,000 medical expenses per Injury or Sickness Maximum up to age 89
• $250 to $2500 Deductible per Incident for 14 days to ages 89
• 70% In-Network: 70% of the Preferred Allowance ( UnitedHealthCare) and 50% Out-of-Network
• Urgent Care: $25 copay, 70% of Preferred Allowance
• PRESCRIPTION DRUG EXPENSE BENEFIT: In-Network Provider Benefit
• Co-payment: $20 per prescription based on a 30-day supply per prescription
• Acute onset for pre-existing conditions is included up to $25,000 and up to 89 years of age
